SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping delivery time is 3–8 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders. For express shipping options, fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will incur additional reshipping fees.
Lost Or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@ayleno.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@ayleno.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled and must go through our returns process.
